When accessing our Sites, the Company will learn certain information about you automatically and through voluntary actions you may take during your visit. You can unsubscribe anytime if you do not wish to receive this newsletter. We include an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. How Do We Use The Information That You Provide To Us?

Credit Card information and other sensitive information are never transmitted via email. 

The Company may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our Site, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Company uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

We do our best to ensure the security of your information using industry standards and reasonable methods. We rely on reputable and reliable third-party vendors to collect basic information. If you work with us one-on-one, we may collect additional information from you, including, but not limited to, login data and other personal data necessary for us to provide you with consulting and tech implementation services. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Sites home page. While we are committed to keeping your information secure and private, we have the following exceptions to our privacy policy. We will release specific information about you or your account to comply with any valid legal inquiry or process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of the security of the Sites or a physical or property threat to you or others.
