Time To Rest

Make time to rest by practicing an intentional, daily act of service for yourself. Carving out time with intention means consciously choosing to create and make time for a chill day. So what does that mean for you? What is your plan to unwind (e.g., watch a movie, nap, lounge on the couch, listen to music, etc.)?

Taking a nap can have multiple meanings, but the essence is to rest, relax, make time for rejuvenation, and just have some temporary non-action.

Here's why. We often make decisions based on everyone else's needs and schedules and seldom prioritize ourselves. It's important to create a routine and block time off to do whatever you want, whenever you want, for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. That's 30 minutes by yourself to step away and rest, to go into a state of non-action and give yourself permission to release the me-do, to-do, and honey-do lists.

30 min will not make or break you. However, it may rejuvenate you. The list(s) will be there when you return.  

It's always important within each day to detach and find a neutral ground to breathe and unmask. A busy mind blocks creativity, productivity, and inner wisdom. Make sure you are adding YOU to the TOP of your priority list.
